Q : Can we pick up products from your showroom?
A: Pick up is available from our Sydney showroom in Waterloo. Please call us to determine availability as not all products are held at Waterloo in stock. See Zaffero pick-up address

Q : What if I have not received my order?
A: When in stock, Zaffero products are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by courier for next day delivery in the Sydney metropolitan area, usually 2-5 days in the rest of Australia. For overseas orders we will confirm the delivery date after consulting with our delivery company.

Please contact us if you do not receive your item(s) within this period so we can help to retrieve your goods. We apologise for any delay.
For items that are out of stock we will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm a delivery date. If you do not wish to proceed with the order upon receiving the delivery date then we will refund you in full right away.

Q : What if my goods have been damaged in transit?
A: You must notify us within 24 hours so that we can make a claim against the delivery company. Please do not return the goods yourself - we will organise for a pick up from you by our freight company to validate our claim. We will endeavour to replace your goods as soon as we receive the damaged item back in our warehouse - usually the replacement goods will be despatched on the same day.

Q : What electrical voltage system are my lamps compatible with?
A: All of our lights are wired for use with a 220v-240v electrical system.

Q : What if my goods are faulty?
A: All Zaffero products are tested before leaving the factory. If you receive a product that in any way fails to meet your expectations then Zaffero will either replace the item or refund you upon receiving the item back. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
